TFC Premium Edition

I recently cancelled my subscription for their "teleserye on demand" and tried shifting on the premium edition. Sad thing is everytime I am sent to check out, it always shows the automatic subscription which I didn't choose to. I unchecked the box for automatic subscription, and by the time am about to press that final button...it says automatic subscription on my cart...I tried asking the help support, and gave me a different answer. Gosh! kahit ba naman dito eh poor service pa rin ang binibigay??...what the heck!!
This sucks my time working on it...but for the sake of having my "dugong pilipino" I'll keep on trying even if it should lead to "bugging" them to fix this thing.
Paging Charo Santos Concio...or Mr. Lopez???...
