Refinancing Our Mortgage...we got a good deal! :)

I am still on the process of fully understanding the flows of how the mortgage refinancing works. My husband and I decided to refinance it by the help of a mortgage consultant who happens to be my hubby's co worker. She does it as a part time job, so it was done smoothly with a whooping $700 plus savings! I guess we got a good deal. My husband says home is closing today, and we'll gonna be signing the papers this evening over dinner. So far, so good...thank God for the good deal. And... it's now a joint title for our home. :)
