Thanksgiving & Birthday Celebration

As a usual tradition, our Thanksgiving dinner was done at mom Phyllis house, with the traditional turkey dinner as well. We were all popping up because we ate a lot! :)

Hitting 3 States!

There has been some slight changes on our trip for Anaheim, California. Instead of leaving on December 8th, we will be leaving earlier...December 5 for the 3 days tour. This is somewhat fun, so we signed up.

Health Update

Last Tuesday, I was finally able to see my doctor for a check up regarding my dizziness that has been going on for more than 2 weeks now. A couple of days ago, I woke up a little bit earlier in the morning. I am not really a morning person, so I had a hard time regaining my perkiness. I was still closing my eyes and still groggy, my hubby offered to prepare for me my coffee. He asked me what I want with my coffee, and I said just some cookies.

Janell's 40, Fine & Fabulous Birthday Bash

Last Saturday, we went to our good friend's 40th birthday bash celebration...(she's my age buddy as well :)). At least, I'm as well proud to say "life begins at 40." :).

He Voted!

I'm proud that hubby voted last Tuesday for the US Presidential Election. I was teasing him to cast another vote for me, LOL! How I wish immigrants can vote as well! :).

The sticker was kinda cute which was stuck unto his suit when he came home. So, I requested him to pose a bit for a photo session. I was more interested on the sticker but he said, that's not fair! He has to have a photo as well :)). So here it goes.

Fast, Easy and Delicious Recipe

Cook Time: 20 minutes (4 servings)

1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten

Procedure:

1. Place French's French Fried Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
3. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
