We've been experiencing lots of rains every afternoon here in Iloilo, my hometown. I'm having fun in the Philippines!

It's such a great feeling to be with my family once again. I am of great joy to see all my siblings together, and having bonding time. My mom was so happy seeing all her kids complete :). As usual, she would become so teary eyed...a tears of joy, that's how she feels.
Well, I should say it's undestandable. There's no reason why she should be crying of sadness. We have been having a lot of outing trips for the whole week for a week now. Tons of photos too for our bonding moments!...how I wish I could extend more of my stay for more than a month.

But on the other side of it, we try to visit Philippines at least once every year, so 3 weeks vacation should be enough.

We are having fun! :).

Few Hours More!

I think I'm getting more and more excited as our departure for the Philippines is coming sooo close. Our departure time (from home) will be at 3:45Am, way too much early for me and since our flight is at 6:57AM from BWI to San Francisco. Since I am not an early person, and I have to wake up as early as 2AM, I planned to sleep during the midday (right after lunch) a day before to help compensate for the early flight. I guess it's just a matter of a little sacrifice...afterall, it's all worth it seeing my family once again :).

As usual, we had our traditional easter family dinner at mom-mom's house. It's always a good thing having a get together when mom cooks :). I and hubby always end up going home super full and almost popping, LOL!
We always are so much blessed to celebrate our easter with family, and it's always special. We call it a family celebration of Christ's resurrection and victory.

Trip Weekender to Atlantic City

Our trip to Atlantic City last March 28, '09 was a success. Although the weather was rainy, windy and cold, we had fun even if it was a short visit. There were light drizzles, but we did a long walk at the boardwalk. I had fun visiting small shops alongside the boardwalk where the prices are cheap.
