Last night, it was kinda funny when hubby requested me to cook some rice. I told him I will just be cooking enough for him because I won't be eating rice for dinner. He was surprised! Well, it seemed our dinner menu was reversed...he was eating his balck beans with rice, and I was eating my beef roast with my favorite garlic mashed potatoes and corn! He was a Filipino that night and I was an American that night! :)
