I got this strange headache at the back of my head today and it moved on top! I know it wasn't the regular migraine that I do sometimes have, so I took my blood pressure today. It registered 119/91 on the scale. I still am not sure if this rate is my regular rate, but I thought of monitoring my BP every day so I would know my regular BP rate. My husband did measure his BP as well and registered to 124/81, which he said is his regular rate. I guess this isn't yet bad so far.
