Break The Habit For A Better Body
If you're tempted to smoke, you should know that smoking:

- Leads to as many as 9 out of 10 deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
The health benefits of quitting can happen quickly. And they only increase over time:

- Breathing becomes easier within months
- A year after quitting, your risk for stroke, cancer, and lung disease begins to drop
- After one year, your risk of developing heart disease is cut in half.
