Choosing The Right Bra

How to pick the right bra that fits well for you can do more than just help you look good and makes you feel healthier, isn't it? You don't want to buy one that would be too big or too smal which can cause back pain, skin irritations and makes you feel uncomfortable.
So, consider these quick tips before heading to your lingerie store:

Measure before you go. Your bra size changes from year after year which is due to changes in weight and hormonal fluctuations. So, be sure you're up to date.

When you shop for one, wear a T-shirt. This way, you'll be able to see what the bra looks like even under the thinnest clothing.

Try it on the right way by leaning halfway forward, swoop and scoop your breast tissue into the cups, then fasten it back. Stand up and adjust the straps to ensure all your breas tissue is where it should be.

For the no-no list; -

Bra is too small if there is boob spillage over the top of the cups.

Bra is too big if there is gaping in the cups.

Straps are sliding down or digging into your shoulders, and any kind of pinching in the backband or rolls of skin that bulge beyond the edge.

You should be able to comfortably fasten it on the second or third hook - if only the last hook will do, it's too small.

The bridge of it (centered between the cups) and the underwire around the sides should sit completely flush with the skin.

The average bra can last from 6 months to a year without getting stretched out, so buy enough to last.
