The Weapons of Survival for Women

It's always good to be prepared. Anytime, anywhere.
Carry a be-prepared purse particularly if you are going somewhere you'll never know what happens. After all, it doesn't hurt to carry stuff that you know it's useful.

Tips:
  • Moist towelettes - ideal to carry if there are no soaps in the bathroom.
  • Stain remover - use a Tide to Go Pen or shout wipes.
  • Sunglasses - if you use sunscreen, protect your eyes from UV rays too.
  • Cell phone
  • a healthy snack
  • cash
  • 3 makeup essentials: - lipstick, blush and eyelash curler.
  • adhesive bandages - cover cuts or blisters from that new pair of shoes
  • germ killer
  • gum or mints - good to have if you can't brush and floss post lunch.
  • pony tail holder - for bad hair days
  • small umbrella
  • safety pin - attach it to the lining of your purse for emergencies
  • safety device - a loud whistle or pepper spray.
  • pain reliever - carry ibuprofen for aches and aspirin for chewing in case of heart attack.
  • feminine hygiene products
  • emergency list of phone numbers and contacts
  • mini flash light
  • a multi tool item - try the Swiss Army Rescue Tool.
