Know The Signs...

No matter how healthy we are, heart attack is a traitor! We never know until it is there. Some people who are victims of a heart attack don't exhibit signs and symptoms, so it is always good to know the warning signs.
Most heart attack signs involve discomfort at the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or it goes away and comes back. The pain feels like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Other symptoms include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, backneck, jaw or stomach.
Shortness of breath may occur with or without chest discomfort. Signs also include breaking out in cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.
