Off to Radiotech Lab!
Yesterday, I was scheduled to go for my DEXA scan (bone density measurement). My appointment time was 9AM, but I was done before 9 :). Thank God that another appointment is crossed out from my calendar. Although this seems to be like I have to get closer to my doctor since my health are not really quite as excellent like when I was younger.
I was just thinking...gosh, I am not getting any younger, and I can't imagine, I am now beginning to step in at the prime age of my life. (ooops, no age asking pls. LOL!)
So much so, that I got some health trouble that I have to correct. Quite challenging, but I need to be health conscious (I am struggling to avoid food that are not good for me).
Well, there are still so much things to be done, so be it.
