Tips On Getting Fit

Start slowly and don't overdo it.

You can enjoy being active when you like what you do. So, choose the activities you like such as gardening, dancing, jogging or walking.

Try the habit of exercising at a regular time daily so it becomes a routine.

It greatly helps to ask a friend to be active with your...your buddy system.

If you're not so sure about the right intensity of exercise for you, ask your doctor.
