The Worst Sleep Mistakes

So, you can now assess yourself if you are currently practicing a good sleeping habits! Here are 5 things you might be practicing, but watch out...it's not advisable ;).

Drinking alcohol makes you more likely to wake up several times during the night.

Watching TV too close to bedtime is not ideal. The light and content are both incredibly alerting.

There should be no pets in the bedroom because cats prowl and dogs snore.

Consider figuring out how much you tend to sleep at the end of a long vacation, and see the result if you get too much sleep. If you wake up before the alarm goes off, that's the magic number.

The need for sleep builds up over the day and should peak right around when you go to bed at night.
