How To Regain Back Your Sleep

Are you at times being attacked by insomnia? And you follow all the rules to go back to sleep and is not working? Or is it always a cause of a quick waking up for a trip to the bathroom and turned out into a wakeful night? The following may help:

Don't turn your bright light when you go bathroom because bright light suppresses the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that tells the brain it's time to sleep. It also causes the brain to tell you to start the day. So rule is; - don't flip that overhead light!

If you have to wake up, make it quick! But as much as possible avoid lights coming from your phone as well because it holds a bright light source.

If these don't still work, go to your living room, use a dim lamp and read something or you can do relaxation exercises. Return to bed when you get drowsy again; If the sleep never comes, it's probably time to go take shower and start your day. It's vital not to catastrophize a night or two of insomnia - remember, tomorrow is another night.
