Tips For New Runners

Running is one of the best way of exercising healthy, whether you're a mother, a granny, a young adult, etc...of course it's always good for everybody both men and women alike :).

For newbies, here are some helpful tips that may help too :

1. Start it slow then gradually increase your pace every 5-10 minutes.

2. Being consistent with it will be worthy enough to reap the benefits later. Even if you feel tired or don't feel like running, try to commit to 10-15 minutes. Chances will be that you'll end up going longer, plus you'll feel better on a day-to-day basis.

3. Hydrate yourself consistently throughout the day so you don't have to worry about drinking during your runs (unless it's a hot day!)

4. Mix it up by varying your routes and efforts. In some days, you might want to run a little slower, but go a little farther. Some other times you might feel like picking up the pace, but not quite as far. Doing something various is one great way to stay motivated.

5. Set a goal which will help your training on track and give you something to focus on for those days you just don't feel like working out.

Happy running! ;)
