How To Treat Blisters & Calluses
For blisters:
Make a small hole at the edge of each blister using a disinfected needle with rubbing alcohol, then drain all the fluid. Apply a topical antibiotic such as bacitracin or Neosporin and cover it with fresh adhesive bandage daily for 3 days.
For Calluses:
Soak your feet in Epsom salts in warm water for at least 15-20 minutes, then rub a pumice stone over your calluses to remove dry, tough skin. Apply with a rich moisturizing foot cream right after.
