Preparing Your Snow Blower For Winter
Aside from refilling your snow blower with fresh gasoline, there are also other steps you should take before a blizzard strikes:
First, check your spark plug. If it is worn, replace it, setting the spark plug's gap based on the manufacturer's specifications.
Drain out any old oil, following the manufacturer's guidelines, then fill it with fresh oil supply.
Check the scraper bar if there is any wear. If it looks thin, it's time to replace it.
Check and examine the belts for cracks and replace it if needed.
