The DIY Steps to a Smoky Eye

Step 1: Line all around eyes with a black pencil, then blend with soft brush or fingertip.

Step 2: Apply dark shadow around eyes, and highlight inner corner of eyes with neutral shadow.

Step 3: Working outward, apply 2 coats of mascara to top and bottom lash lines.
