The Proper Washing of Hands

Nothing beats like scrubbing your hands with soap and water for at least 15-20 seconds when it comes to avoiding colds and flu. But sometimes, if we can't get to a nearby sink or washing area, it's an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is a good alternative, although it can't get rid as many germs as soap and water can.
When applying your hand sanitizer, just be sure that rub on it for 20 seconds, and do not wipe it off, but let it air dry; - part of the process of killing the bacteria.
